Ukraine had Nuclear weapons, got rid of them and signed accords to cease having them.
If they belonged to NATO however, they would be considered for Nuclear sharing ( Italy, Belgium, Germany and Turkey host Nuclear weapons from the US)
So yes ICBMs in Ukraine is a possibility.
Colonialism IS the problem.
I do not approve of Russian invasion, it's difficult to live among giants; the Ukrainian people were misguided by Zelensky, the "support" from US and Europe
