#WritersCoffeeClub 7/13 What inspired you to write your story?
In 2006, my acting teacher had us perform a piece of epic poetry. I was curious about my Welsh roots so I researched The Battle of the Trees by Taliesin.
That got me interested in the lore around Taliesin and I discovered an amazing story. In 2014, I was on my way to a balloon twisting gig the motivation to begin writing it struck me like lightning.
I better be inspired, I've been writing this series for 10 years now!
