I thought of walking over to say hi to the horse. Walking is a high spoon count activity. Then I start thinking of what an ass I am for not saying hi more often, and why bother doing anything for not much, and it is a very difficult mindset to work with. Articulating it here so it's not just a cloud of misery in my head. I hate how difficult it is to do things I once loved.
