when I was a kido I had a doll that could get pregnant. You could remove her belly and there was be a baby inside. Then, after removing the baby, you just had to turn the top of the belly inwards and fit it into the doll's body and she would no longer look pregnant. This idea could make a good joke for a comic strip featuring a robot with a doll's body. But sounds quite unapropriate for a regular comic.
