Today for about a half hour I thought about picking up a small cigarillo on my way back from more medical testing. Tried to rationalize it by assuring myself it was only a one time thing and surely after a few puffs I wouldn’t like it and would throw it away. Amazed I made it past this temptation. It would be so easy to do. Stress from worry and chronic pain brought the impulse. I wish things were easier at this time.
