Hey bro, there is no privacy bug, you need to be able to audit the base layer blockchain that's why it has to be transparent, it's not a bug it's feature. The problem with the truckers bitcoin was because their On-chain addresses was publicised but if they were using the lightning network it would never be the case, plus the bitcoin wouldn't be taking from them if they were not going to cash into fiat on fiat exchanges.
