You know, when you’re late diagnosed #autistic (personally #AuDHD), sometimes you reflect on your behaviours differently than you would have pre-diagnosis … an example:
Tonight I decided to watch Mulan on my iPad… I’m about 20 mins in and something happens in the movie and my brain is like, “linear algebra! vectors! oh my gosh let’s go watch some videos…”
Yep. I’m now watching math videos instead of Mulan - but I love myself when I do this now instead of hating myself. 💜 progress…
