It's been a banner year for poison ivy here, too.
I am going to wait for a good rainy day, suit up in plastic and face protection, and pull/dig it all. Not looking forward to that day!
When I only have a small amount, I use a "dog poop bag" technique with a contractor-grade trash bag.
Afterwards take a double skin scrub of blue Dawn to all exposed skin and double wash any clothes.
I can't spray. Too many native and food plants.
