But you can only fetch by entire tag values. You cannot filter things that start with "BTC:*" on nostr tags.
You could do something like `["w", "bitcoin", "<address>"]` and then you can search for all records that are w and bitcoin.
But either way, even if networks come and go, each one should be defined at NIP-24. Otherwise, each dev is going to use their own labels for each network.
