"content": "nostr:npub1cz0cd5uqepnz4xp3kdtsgewxnw07a3q228efjh9xdf5plcgpptnqefwk5s I got lucky - I could tell right away that I'd pulled it, but it wasn't bad. I was able to finish the watering, and it got worse over the course of the day, but feels much better this morning. I tweak my back every year or two, and this is definitely on the low end re severity. The worst are the ones like your husband, where you can't do anything for days! I hope he's feeling better now.",
