Just out of a meeting to hand off a feature we own to another team. Spent most of the session on infrastructure stuff (how to manage tests, how to create dashboards, how to monitor performance). Have to do another session tomorrow to go over data sets and how to send alerts. None of this has to do with the feature we're handing off. 🥴 #tech
