So back to the politics we need to deal with....
There has been a considerable discussion of whether the maldistribution of bedrooms (i.e. couples living in large houses - full disclosure, including me & my wife), should be 'encouraged' to down-size to free up family-sized housing stock.
Its an interesting issue (a little like bed-blocking in the NHS), and so here is a proposal to how that might actually be achieved; the encouragement of down-sizing, that it.
