Qualified no because most of the discussion is incredibly difficult to understand, with strange jargon and obscure names I've not heard of. It is interesting and useful to know about the headlines, however. But, we don't get a vote, and we can only control the things we can control, so that puts me in the qualified no bracket, I think.
