This isn’t even the best part. The reason I’ve started doing this is partly in solidarity with my son who is using it as a therapy as part of his toolkit to manage his epilepsy. He’s coming up to nearly 12 months seizure free. Of course it was talking with a bunch of Bitcoiners at a conference that inspired me to give it a try!
Since April, all throughout winter in Tasmania I’ve finished very single shower on cold for a minute. Have had nary a sniffle since. Coincidence?
