I responded with analysis of his 18 word sentence. Showed where it could be improved while giving guidance on past perfect tense, redundancy, negating positive qualifiers, and specificity. Then I distilled sentence down to a 9 word version. And THEN I blew it up again into a sprawling mind-bending 147 word sentence.
