For everyone talking about filing GDPR Art. 17 deletion requests against Stack Overflow, not that SO is owned by a Netherlands-based investment firm, Prosus, and Stack Overflow has a German-based GmbH registered in Munich.
So they will very much have to comply with legitimate requests, and if not you can file a complaint directly with the data protection authorities, namely the Bavarian Data Protection Authority, BayLDA.
