Dr. Joel D. Wallach says, just look at the Eskimos! Nothing grows up there... They survived on animal fat and protein from meat. Then the confuso-critics will attack such a salient point with "well they've just got different genes!"... To which the pro-paleos will respond, "and look at them now with shipped in processed foods, they blow up and get other diseases like the rest of us!". Dr. Wallach will say, it is possible to live entirely on fat and protein without ANY fiber or carbohydrates... but the human (epi)genome is capable of surviving in both enviroments for the purposes of continuity. The debate goes on and on... We all know what to do, but broad is the path unto desctruction... and this is why the debate rages on and on and on and on.
