I guess DO object usage could be counted as well, taking 250 queries + 5 connections/s as a reference, it comes out to roughly 40M requests (with WS 20:1 ratio as well)
Another $6, and $4 for DO runtime (if you are running more than 1 DO-based app).
Each solution has its own benefits and downsides, imo.
