I checked current recommendations for non-covid respiratory viruses and they suggested isolating 24 hours after the fever ends, them masking for 5 days.
The CDCs reccomendations on such things all seem biased these days, but that seems fairly reasonable.
So, I got to go on a nice walk over lunch with my last kn95 mask. Walked to the store and bought a bunch more kn95 masks
at least I got outside for a bit.
