Things like LineageOS killing off devices for having old kernels wouldn't be a thing? Even Linux OS's on Ex-Android phones don't get newer kernels. Maybe it's more of a task than I think, especially based on your explanation. But it doesn't answer why the kernel is never updated.\n\nMaybe it's a hardware thing.",
