Damus problem.
Other clients (gossip, desktop client) do relay management better. For each follow, they connect to a relay they specifically said they’d be reachable at. This also means the relay list is dynamic, based on your follows (and any extra relays you may choose).
Users shouldn’t (have to) worry about this, its the clients who should do better relay mgmt.
Its still mostly unexplored territory tho.
