"content": "looks empty... I assume maybe she had the carbine ON her but she's only given ammo when and if she's needed. She keeps the firearm on her but isn't allocated Mags... Is that I thing. There's israeli carry where they don't keep a round in the chamber so maybe there's another law WRT their plain clothed carry: carry gun, no ammo, no mag? I don't know.",
