Just to be clear that's sender privacy for a single transaction (every additional transaction you make, or that uses you as a decoy, is exponential to your anonset) and was a theoretical attack discovered by a Monero researcher - not proven in the wild.
Amount and receiver privacy remain zero knowledge and aren't affected by this either.
