people who do that "follow everyone to get people to follow back" engagement hack on bluesky really rub me the wrong way
like i had a legit artist follow me just now and i straight up thought it was a scam bot stealing somebody elses art until i did a whole ass rabbit hole deep dive, reverse image searching, going to original profiles, etc, just to find out that it IS the actual artist doing this because the username on their bluesky and patreon match (AND NOWHERE ELSE BTW)
