Dear fedi friends... I'm on the hunt for a quality black tea that tastes nice with lemon and honey, maybe passionfruit. Preferably hot or cold.
I have struggled with black tea, nearly always finding it very bitter. Three culprits have been suggested: water too hot, quality not great, and steeped too long.
I can do something about the temp and time... but the quality, I am lost.
Help a gal out?
ETA: I am in Canada, can also buy easily from US
