Oof the textbook for the astrobiology course I'm teaching went up a lot in price. I hate textbook companies SO MUCH. But I also teach 2 classes a semester (on top of my research, seminar lectures, and supervising my students) and it's so nice to not have to invent a course from scratch. So..sorry students, you have to pay $$$ again this semester.
Maybe OpenStax will make a free, open-source astrobiology textbook soon? I use them for astro101 and it's great: https://openstax.org/details/books/astronomy-2e
