It is possible publish things to the World Wide Web, without such features.
Maybe, try alternatives if you don't want replies? Static HTML has a lot less overhead than systems which are attempting to be discursive.
There are other issues I see with a specific individual in particular caught up in that morass, but have generalized it just to show how dumbfounding it is to pose such rhetoric.
