Does it make sense for an insurance company to raise your premium if you get into an accident that wasn't your fault? Most people, when posed this question, say, "no".
However, I have always thought it makes perfect sense to me. Is it fair? That's a different question. But it is certainly sensible and rational to get charged higher premiums if you get into an accident that's not your fault
