He recommends supplements that he has financial benefits from and puts down many others. I understand he needs to make money but some of his stuff he puts down seems a little over the top. I like his recommendations for natural sunlight in the morning and some of his other themes he pushes. Just like everyone, take it with a grain of salt and follow the money.
