"content": "You need to boot the stock OS to enable OEM unlocking. You can optionally update the stock OS before installing GrapheneOS to have the latest fastboot firmware for the initial connection in case there were bugs fixed for it. That's optional since installing GrapheneOS flashed all the latest firmware and it keeps it up-to-date via the over-the-air updates.",
