Q. might the G20 actually do something useful in the next year or so?
Well, it seems G20 Finance Ministers are enamoured with Gabriel Zucman's proposal for an annual 2% levy on global billionaires...
There's many a slip twixt cup & lip (especially where the G20 is concerned) but it is notable that this is now rising up the political agenda in a (largely) unprecedented manner.
