Oh wow, there are so many "days" today that are celebrated - seashell day, selfie day 😂 , summer solstice of course, day of music etc.

But what speaks to me is the International Yoga Day. My yoga mat is currently waiting patiently next to the laptop to be used. I am still doing my yoga practice every single day, in my own way & it helps to unlock some stuff that was long hidden.
