It's not an end-all-be-all, in other words. In this case, I'm looking at said results as a starting point, to help me come to terms with my past and current struggles.
One of the biggest takeaways I've realized is my tendency to withdraw and isolate. Telling myself that I'm too weird to ever be accepted, which leads to a profound feeling of loneliness. That's exactly what I've been struggling with all my life. I feel like I'm too different to be understood, and that's definitely the case with my family.
I've now learned that I should focus on more positive and fulfilling relationships instead, to help counter those dark thoughts and feelings and channel my energy into something meaningful. I also recognize that I've been doing so already, have found others who accept me for who I am, and I have plenty of positive interactions with.
