That's probably because your block list is not available in any of your inbox relays.
The solution aojnda simple, Pokey (nprofile…9ak9) should then connect to the outbox relays, but that moves the app to overtake bandwidth connections and don't allow other nostr apps to work. I'm still working on a way to make it possible while taking other apps into consideration
