post laser-eye surgery, I have a tiny bit of astigmatism in my left eye, which means it doesn't do quite as much work as my right eye, which means I get eye strain in my right eye really easily if I do something like "use a computer for 15 hours a day for multiple consecutive months" which is kind of my default state
the eye strain resolves as a twitch, which feels like my right eye is trying to escape my head, which I don't love
