The stop was made by a team from the Traffic Police Battalion (BPTran), around 11pm. During the inspection, the police identified that the driver, 41 years old, was driving a car with a tampered license plate. After checking the system, it was found that the vehicle had been stolen about two months ago. Inside the vehicle, besides the driver, there was another man, who has several police records, including crimes such as homicide and drug trafficking. According to the corporation, he is a member of the Criminal Comboio do Cão (CDC-DF) gang, active in the Federal District. Given the situation, the two suspects were detained and taken, along with the vehicle, to the 1st Police Station.
