in response to the federal government rejecting toronto's request to decriminalize certain drugs (as a measure in order to reduce barriers to treatment for addiction), premier (and brother to late mayor and alleged user and dealer whose use likely contributed to his death -- and who (probably*) never ever saw any kind of punishment) says "good"
