What kills me about SF: my inability to layer correctly.
It's effing freezing and I don't have a jacket. If I wore one of my Chicago layers, it would be too hot. So I need a thin layer -- but still warm. Which reduces me to a blazer with everything or a cardigan. Which makes me look like a PTA mom. No wonder everyone looks like they're dressed for a nap.
