I’m testing a recipe today, I was asked to make dessert for an upcoming fundraiser with an Italian food theme. Found a recipe for “Icebox Cannoli Cake”. Basically no bake cheese cake layered with graham crackers. While the test cake chills I’m cleaning up and doing a little “quality control” with my morning coffee. #Food #Dessert
