My GP surgery is trying to get me to go to Yoga to increase joint and muscle mobility plus all the holistic self-care mumbo jumbo
It would be free, which is something but I'm the kind of person who gets wound up when someone suggests I try deep breathing as a means to calm down
Probably will give it a go, I may be able to re-educate my bolshy brain to accept help
