I'm doing occasional paid work for AWP ( Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partership Trust).

I've been pleasantly surprised at the total lack of gender-woo. I've now been to community meetings with NHS MH staff, and visited some of the wards in Bristol.

There are NO rainbow or Pride bunting, posters, or written info.
Workers do not have to wear the Rainbow lanyard. A few choose to, but most wear the blue NHS lanyard. (As a paid volunteer I clip just my ID badge to my shirt, or wear my Suffragette lanyard).
I have seen workers pour scorn on DEI paperwork, sometimes given to us before a meeting.

But the best - AWP has it's own statement of "PRIDE", in non-rainbow letters, and it's the REAL meaning of "Pride":
