Wonder how we're going to solve the verification problem with Nostr. Right now we rely on twitter profiles to "verify" npubs, but that still mean relying on a centralized set of people to verify that a certain someone is behind each account.
Could we get other Nostr accounts with already established reputation to agree that a certain npub is controlled by a specific person as a decentralized verification process instead?
In the end, we are who we are because others with whom we have a shared history recognize us as such.
