In my case it's rmarkdown, and some ggplots in gridExtra::grid.arrange() that are being sent to the end. My workaround was to save the plots as png and insert that using the html \u003cimg\u003e tag (I inherited this script and am just muddling around until I inevitably give in and rewrite it). What was your solution?",
