That maybe so, but Apple has a successful global product, with a market and reputation that they wish to maintain...meanwhile X is the remnants of a once globally respected platform, that is now owned by a man who doesn't care about anybody or anything other than himself, his right to say whatever he likes, and his pursuit of wealth, at the expense of whatever, or whomever gets in his way.
