Used up all the strawberries and blueberries and some of the cherries. Chopped/pitted them and cooked them down into a compote on the stove while the piecrust par baked in the oven. Now the filling has been dumped into the shell and the whole thing is baking. I need to go finish the dishes. But this is going to be tasty. And bonus, I still have a whole bag of cherries and some bananas left to enjoy on their own. Yum! Next up, baking gyro meat and falafels.
