Just mentioning that I have now made it 76 hours straight not smoking. Only a few people know I’m quitting cold turkey. So hey, why not add wider social embarrassment to deter me from ever going back.
In a related note, just back from Costco and magically about 6 boxes of treats ended up in my cart.
PS I’m too thin right now so maybe 10 pounds more will be a good thing.
