I track every minute of my life.

I know how much I sleep, how much I work for money and how much I work for myself (house, finance, general maintenance, ...).

I know how much time I spend wit my kids alone and how much we spend as family together.

I know how much time I have for myself. I know how much time I spend gaming or and how much is the hobby coding.

I use https://github.com/Razeeman/Android-SimpleTimeTracker to track it.
