RF and Saudi Arabia extended their cuts in oil production until Dec sending global markets and the US into shock. For the first time this year, the price of Brent crude jumped above $90 a barrel as a result of statements from Saudi Arabia and RF. Both countries said they would review the supply cuts on a monthly basis and could adjust it depending on market conditions.
