Let's assume you don't believe that wine and wafers ACTUALLY turn into the blood and flesh of Jesus when you take communion, that it's merely symbolic; instead, you believe that symbolically eating the flesh and drinking the blood of Jesus is somehow spiritually beneficial. I mean...Xianity involves EATING GOD! You are literally EATING JESUS if the Pope's word is anything to go by, but even if you're a Protestant, *symbolically* eating Jesus is creepy, make-believe cannibalism.
