PSA for non-artists:
If you have an artist friend and you're asking them to do something at a discount (or GOD FORBID for free), have a really damn good reason for it. Art is hard and takes a lot of care and attention. No matter how small you may THINK the project is, you're wrong.
I'm doing a free project for someone right now, come to find out it's for something completely pointless and will likely be thrown away. I have rarely felt so disrespected in my life. Don't insult your friends, you won't keep them very long.
